No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter the Z103.5 and FELD Motor Sports Monster Jam contest: “Crank Dat”, log on to www.z103halifax.com and submit pictures of your hottest ride. Z103.5 will select the top three and post entries on www.z103halifax.com. The photos will be selected at the sole discretion Z103.5. The odds of being one of the three qualifiers will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The contest is running throughout the period of May 18th to June 6th, 2009.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Nova Scotia who have reached nineteen (19) years of age at the time of entry.
(a) Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from Z103.5, before the start date of this contest:
1) Within 30 calendar days for daily contests
2) 3 months for prizes valued between 0 to 0
3) 6 months for prizes valued over 0
4) 2 years if have won a previous Press Your Luck prize valued over 00
(b) Employees and immediate family members (and/or persons domiciled with employees) of Z103.5, FELD Motor Sports, Halifax Car Audio, and affiliated companies and all other sponsors their promotional, marketing or advertising agents and affiliated companies.
3. Prize
The Grand Prize consists of one (1) ,000 gift certificate from Halifax Car Audio.
4. Winning Grand Prize
The top three entries, will bring their cars to the Monster Jam event on Saturday June 6th and park it on the Scotia Speed World Track. The cars are required to be there by 5:00pm. There will then be a vote for the Grand Prize Winner based on audience applause. The Grand prize will be awarded to the entry who receives the loudest crowd support as judged by a Z103.5 representative. The determination of the winner is at the sole discretion of Z103.5. All entries that are incomplete, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest rules and regulations may be disqualified.
The odds of winning the grand prize are approximately 1 in 3. In order to be declared a winner, each selected entrant must unaided correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question and, within 1 business day, complete and return to Z103.5 a liability/publicity release confirming compliance with these rules and regulations, releasing the Sponsors and their respective directors, officers and agents from all liability and, except where prohibited by law, permitting the Sponsors to use the selected entrant’s name, address (city and province) and image, without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsors. In the event that a selected entrant is not eligible for any reason, has not correctly answered the skill-testing question or cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the first attempt to contact them, such entrant shall be disqualified and the Sponsors shall have the right to select another entrant and the Sponsors shall be released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. No correspondence will be made except with the selected entrant(s).
5. General
All Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash substitutions in whole or in part allowed and may not be sold, traded or transferred.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
